Vacature Production Worker 5-shift system in Cuijk 32 - 40 uur

This is not your everyday Production Worker position. Our client is invested in you development and wants to train you to be a allround Machine Operator. Meaning you'll be responsible for executing a smooth and errorless production process. After completing their onboarding and training courses, you'll be handling the following tasks: operating and monitoring machines, troubleshooting malfunctions, contributing to process improvements, attending team meetings, performing basic maintenance on machines, and cleaning the workspace.

You'll be part of the 5-shift system rotation, which means you will be working  6 days (2 morning shifts, 2 afternoon shifts, and 2 night shifts), followed by 4 days off.

As Production Worker you'll receive the following employment conditions and benefits:

• You will receive a excellent salary, depending on your experience and capabilities;
• You will receive a shift allowance of 28%;

As a Production Worker, you have to fit the follow requirements:

• You have an MBO-3 (secondary vocational education) level of working and thinking;
• You have at least one year of experience of working in a production environment;
• You have a clear technical affinity and posses a good technical insight;
• You are willing to work in a 5-shift rotation.

If you hold a diploma from a (technical) MBO-3 or Vapro program, that is definitely an advantage, but not a requirement. With the onboarding and training program, you will be trained to become a fully qualified Operator.
